This is our second purchase of this microwave. The first one gave us years of great service. We dont need sensors convection cooking etc. Weve had them before and never used them. This stripped down model does everything we need and the price is so reasonable we did not see the need to pay for a repair call We just replaced it

The microwave works just fine but the noise it makes while heating it atrocious. When shutting the door it sounds like you are slamming shut a giant barn door. Had I known it was this noisy I would never had bought it.

The open door button is rather flimsy and already has signs of wearing out in less than 4 months of use. The electronic buttons are getting less and less responsive and often require more than one attempt to make the desired entry. It acts as if it wont last very long.
